In a city full of pool companies, it can be hard to know who to trust especially when professionalism, follow-through, and true expertise aren’t guaranteed. We started American Spa And Pool, A.S.A.P. because we believed pool ownership shouldn’t feel uncertain. It should feel effortless. Trusted. Enjoyable.
Before A.S.A.P., Thomas built a successful career with a Fortune 500 service company, becoming one of the top performers in his region. He loved building relationships and taking care of people, but something was missing. He wanted to be closer to the work—to combine hands-on technical expertise with the kind of service and care he already knew mattered.
Then we crossed paths with a local pool builder looking for someone they could truly trust to care for their customers’ pools after they were built. Something clicked.
We had a one-year-old son at home, so starting a business wasn’t a decision we took lightly. Before taking the leap, we made one promise to each other:
